The deadline for proposal of abstracts for the 3rd International Conference on Micromachismo in Communication and Education has been extended to September 24th 2018. The proposals could be submitted here.

Deadline for receipt of the full text once the proposal is approved also extends to October 5, 2018.

The 3rd International Conference on Micromachismo in Communication and Education will be held 10 and 11 October 2018 at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Seville.

This Conference seeks to bring together researchers from various fields dedicated to examining the transformations of the patriarchal culture, which under the semblance of a velvety equality, maintains unequal convictions between women and men (as well as other identities). Unveiling these forms of discrimination in education, communication and social relations will be the main objective of this Conference.

This Conference is a joint initiative of the University of Seville, University La Sapienza (Rome); Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM) and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). More information can be found at the conference’s website.
